Rad Cross Sec Red Adv Short Cs — The Radar Cross Section Reduction (RCSR) Advanced course builds on the RCSR Fundamentals course. Students will develop an understanding of treatment techniques using absorbing materials and engineered materials, non-specular scattering reduction, and aircraft engine inlets and exhaust. This course also applies knowledge of scattering mechanisms and treatment methods to aircraft requirements and design concepts, in addition to understanding low observable (LO) aircraft manufacturing and maintenance.
