Info/Comm/Tech (ICT) Access — Individuals with disabilities often encounter barriers in accessing electronic information and using digital technologies. In this course, you will learn about the fundamentals of accessibility design in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field. You will focus on identifying, evaluating, and applying strategies and techniques for making electronic information and communication technology services and products accessible to all users in corporate, governmental, and not-for-profit organizations. Recommended prerequisite(s): This is an introductory course and no previous experience is required. Students are expected to have a general working knowledge of computer-based applications such as Microsoft Office: Word and PowerPoint.
