Speak/Listen: Interm (38) — This class provides students with listening and speaking practice as well as new vocabulary. Short lectures on various academic topics offer students both new vocabulary as well as the opportunity to learn and apply note-taking skills. Pronunciation improvement is also covered, addressing topics such as selected vowels and consonants, syllables, word and sentence stress, rhythm, and intonation.
