MARCOR: Program Management — Complex supply-chain transformation requires managing resources from many different parts of an organization. The supply-chain program manager must ensure internal and external stakeholder alignment, mitigate large amounts of risk, and implement communication, risk mitigation, and change management plans to ensure successful programs. Successful program management requires the effective and efficient management and coordination of multiple projects in complex supply-chain environments. Also required is the application of well-planned integrated approaches. Participants on this course will gain an integrated view of supply-chain transformation that incorporates elements of change management, test plan development, program and project management techniques, and establishing effective project management teams. This training program is designed to equip participants with the necessary program management skills, tools and techniques for application within MARCORLOGCOM. Case exercises are adapted from real situations and projects. Participants will learn program management within the MARCOLOGCOM environment.
