Procurement/Supply Mgt Fund — This course provides a comprehensive overview to the key principles of Procurement & Supply Management and its role in the company’s strategic objectives. It will address the process steps in addition to highlighting the relationship that professionals play to bring suppliers and internal customers together. Considering project leadership, specification gathering, supplier engagement, bid package development, transportation, and contracting, participants will walk away with a good understanding of what it takes to deliver professional service to their organizations.
