Lean Boot Camp: Process — Implementing Lean practices at your manufacturing plant can be a highly effective solution to reducing operational inefficiencies and improving productivity but knowing how or where to start can be a challenge to those new to this methodology. By attending this course, you will gain an understanding of the fundamentals of Lean, including key principles and the tools and techniques you can apply to make an immediate impact within your sphere of influence at your workplace. Class exercises and a hands-on manufacturing simulation will provide and reinforce the basics of Lean tools and techniques and demonstrate the Plan-Do-Check-Act improvement process.
