XXXX ICN Business School Strgy — Strategic management deals with the question "why some companies are successful while others fail". This course builds on the functional core area courses (accounting, finance, IT management, marketing, operations mangement, organizational behavior). This course strives to integrate the functional areas to more fully understand how firms gain and sustain a competitive advantage. One of the goals of this course is to conduct a Strategic Management Analysis.
