Emphasis on 4th Theme: The fourth theme builds on the first three to catalyze ongoing continuous improvement and innovation. Aligning these efforts with the business strategy is the foundation for a sustainable improvement culture along with the adoption and implementation of the myriad tools and techniques available to support innovation efforts.
