LW: Multigenerational Org — The workforce today is more diverse than ever with five generations currently coexisting in the workplace – each with differing mindsets, work styles, training needs, and communication styles. This training will assist leaders with how to better understand and plang for challenges that may occur due to generational diversity. Topics will include recruitment, retention, succession planning, employee relations, training, and leadership development.
