Fund of Policy Processes, 3 credit hours — The political and governmental context of policy is presented, from agenda setting to evaluation. Examines constitutional and federal contexts of policy, the role of various input mechanisms in shaping policy decisions, the processes by which government institutions make decisions (and the interactions among these institutions), and approaches for understanding and anticipating policy decision making.
